Senior Manager, SaaS Consulting & Strategy

Bullhorn is seeking a highly accountable Senior Manager, Consulting to lead our Strategic Consulting Team within Professional Services. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you will shape the value proposition of true consultants and drive repeatable processes that deliver client success and ROI.

You will coach a team of consultants, manage performance against key metrics, own onboarding and training, and partner with clients to align objectives with high-impact deliverables.
