️ Senior Project Manager - Luxury Villas & Residential Projects

We're a growing property development company building luxury villas and apartment buildings in Marbella. We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to help us manage multiple projects and streamline coordination between contractors, architects, designers, and our internal team.

What you'll do:

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor execution for 4 villa and 2 apartment projects.

• Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and third parties

• Track project progress using Notion and Google Workspace

• Support contract negotiation and scope definition

• Report directly to founders with weekly updates and issue escalation

Who you are:

• 5+ years' experience in residential construction or development

• Fluent in English (Spanish a bonus)

• Organized, open-minded, and tech-savvy

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Full-time Based in or willing to travel to Marbella, Spain
