Connect to your opportunity- Develop and activate comprehensive go-to-market growth strategies and plans for their agreed priority convergent market, aligning market choices with the UK firm's overall business objectives, UK Industry ambitions and plans and global sector priorities.
- Define investment requirements and actively track and manage ROI for a 12-36-month period.
- Lead support for the Convergent Market leader in the review of the market and the priority choices of 'where to play' - in terms of sub-sectors, clusters and clients - and 'how to play' - the growth offerings and propositions that matter most to our clients in those targets.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within each sector, particularly with how breaking down the internal silos of the Deloitte markets' structure can accelerate growth.
- Work with the Convergent Market leader to ensure effective cross-firm representation.
- Collaborate effectively with other UK Markets teams (esp. Business Partners, Sector roles etc) to ensure that support for our Convergent Market go-to-market strategy and plans is understood and supported.
- Collaborate effectively with other C&M teams, including Client, Sales Excellence, Market Eminence and Brand and Marketing to ensure that support for our Convergent Market go-to-market strategy and plans is optimised.
- Lead on the overall plan for managing client relationships across the Convergent Market, providing insights on the quality of our relationships across the client portfolio and how we are leveraging C&M assets (e.g. EBP, corporate hospitality, marketing) to develop our relationships with priority 'dots'.
- Lead support for their Convergent Market Leader in the building of internal market networks and communities, and the engagement of partners and staff in those communities to ensure that there is a shared understanding of the go-to-market strategy and plan and we have alignment around the agreed market priorities.
- Bring intelligence to the interpretation of Convergent Market performance and pipeline data to help the Market Pillar Lead, Convergent Market Leads and their teams take corrective actions to remain on track.
- Programme manage the execution of any market-focused elements of the Convergent Market strategy.
- Contribute across the wider markets team to the definition of a blueprint of how Convergent Market support is optimised.
- Experience of working in Markets role (e.g. CPM, CRE)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Willing to travel to the London office on a weekly basis to build relationships with key stakeholders.
