Lead our global network and infrastructure operations. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our networks & infrastructure, driving successful delivery of IT services and project engineering resource. This position blends operational leadership with hands-on oversight to drive team performance, continuous improvement and management of 3rd party suppliers.

This IT Operations Manager GN&I role is offered on a permanent, full time basis and will be based in our Queen Street, Leeds office.

Global Networks & Infrastructure:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of secure and scalable global network and infrastructure systems (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).

• Manage the performance, availability, and capacity of network and infrastructure environments, ensuring uptime and resilience.

• Coordinate with architecture and strategy teams to support the execution of infrastructure plans and upgrades.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure and network services, ensuring costeffectiveness and SLA adherence.

IT Operations, Service Delivery & Project Support

• Lead the IT Operations and Service Delivery teams to provide consistent, high-quality services across all business units and geographies.

• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs to measure performance, uptime, and service quality, and implement improvements as needed.

• Ensure engineering teams are effectively supporting and delivering IT projects, including deployment of new technologies and services, infrastructure rollouts, system migrations, upgrades, and store openings and refits.

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align engineering resources with project timelines, budgets, and goals.

• Drive accountability and quality across engineering deliverables through effective leadership, reporting, and performance management.

Leadership:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT operations are aligned with business goals and service expectations.

• Develop and manage budgets for operations, infrastructure support, and related projects.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers and operations managers.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and security frameworks

• Collaborate with InfoSec teams to support the implementation and enforcement of security practices across networks and infrastructure.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery, with experience in a senior management role.

• Proven experience managing global teams and distributed IT environments (multi-region, multi-cloud).

• Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and hybrid infrastructures.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management frameworks, and operational best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and operational budgets.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
