As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at ICON, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise that aligns with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Advise on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to optimize workforce capabilities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration across the organization.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous development and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive HR strategies and business decisions.
