Senior Manager, Global Warehouse & Distribution Lead, Logistics Procurement

Senior Manager / Global Warehouse & Distribution Lead - part of the Global CMO and Logistics Procurement organization. Manages a global spend of £240M+ and leads the W&D sourcing team to execute global sourcing strategies for warehousing and distribution across Haleon's operating units.

• Develop and implement global category strategies for W&D to align with business priorities and OU requirements.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and contract lifecycle management with third party logistics providers.
• Build and sustain supplier performance management processes and ensure compliance with Haleon's procurement policies.
• Drive cost optimisation and value creation through market analysis, benchmarking tools and savings programmes.
• Monitor risk, market and regulatory developments and maintain alignment with the Supplier Resilience Programme.
• Collaborate with QSC operations, Finance, Quality, Legal, Sustainability and operating units to translate business needs into procurement actions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a global sourcing team and support their professional development.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to Haleon policies, ethical sourcing standards and contract governance.

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or operational supply chain experience in FMCG/CPG, food or Consumer Health/OTC.
• Expertise in category strategy, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and performance measurement.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial benchmark knowledge and legal awareness of contracting.
• Track record of achieving year on year savings and delivery of procurement or logistics transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and navigate a high pressure matrix environment.
• Experience managing large projects and change initiatives in a global sourcing context.
