Senior Manager Finance Operations
Posted 5 hours 25 minutes ago by Flywheel Capital
Own the systems that power our fund - from finance to reporting. A high-trust role with real scope to grow.
Company
Flywheel Capital is redesigning venture liquidity. We're a leading structured secondary investment firm helping founders and VCs behind top-tier growth-stage companies realise value, without waiting for a traditional exit or losing out on long-term upside.
With a growing portfolio of household names across the US and Europe, we offer families and institutions a smarter, more resilient way to invest in the companies shaping our future.
Join us as we invest in some of the world's most exciting companies - and help reshape how venture markets work.
Role
Flywheel is offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of the operational engine behind a growing investment firm.
We're looking for a methodical, detail-driven Finance & Operations Manager to join our Amsterdam office and ensure the fund runs smoothly and reliably every day. This is a hands-on role with full visibility across Flywheel's finances and operations - from reporting and compliance to cash flow, fund admin, and vendor management.
You'll work directly with the partners and investment team to maintain institutional-grade processes, meet LP expectations, and support our growth. You'll have the autonomy to improve what isn't working and the support to execute your ideas.
If you value clarity, precision, and building things the right way, this is your chance to shape the operational backbone of a firm that's redesigning how venture liquidity works.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive enhancements to our financial and operational infrastructure as Flywheel scales.
