What will you be doing?
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs for digital campaigns, such as impression delivery, reach, frequency, content quality, device analysis, eCPM, and overall yield performance.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement across digital channels and sales processes.
  • Develop detailed reports with actionable insights to inform sales strategies and campaign decisions.
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards to visualize key metrics for leadership decision-making.
  • Campaign Optimization and Sales Process Improvement:
    • Design and implement digital sales workflows focusing on forecasting, yield maximization, and media planning driven by data analysis.
    • Review and refine sales and planning processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital sales strategies with business goals.
  • Technology Management and Implementation:
    • Ensure data accuracy within CRM and ad systems to support sales decisions.
    • Select, implement, and optimize digital sales technologies.
    • Monitor system performance and identify areas for technical improvements.
    • Assist in creating digital sales content and provide coaching to teams on best practices.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work with sales, planning, operations, product, research, and BI teams to align strategies.
    • Communicate performance metrics and insights to senior management.
    • Partner with leadership to address challenges and optimize performance.
    What are we looking for?
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel.
    • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Familiarity with digital sales channels and ad managers like Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, and social media platforms.
    • Experience in designing and improving digital sales processes.
    • Project management skills, including handling multiple projects and technology implementations.
    • Leadership skills to mentor and coach teams.
