Senior Manager, Customer Success & Growth - Remote

Employment Hero in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Account Management for a remote-first role. You will partner with the UK MD to lead the regional customer success team and shift from reactive support to proactive, revenue-driven growth.

You will own the revenue trajectory for your book, manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, prevent churn and drive ARR expansion, and be measured on the commercial outcomes of each account.
