We are hiring a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) as part of our Global HR team to craft meaningful and competitive reward programs that attract, retain, and inspire talent. If you're passionate about driving impact through strategic compensation, then we have the position for you!
About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our short- and mid-term C&B strategies, including global mobility. You'll ensure our reward policies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both our global business and human resources strategies.
The role will be based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

Key activities:
- Compensation and Benefits: Lead the development and execution of global C&B strategies, ensuring competitive, equitable, and cost-effective reward programs. Advise senior management, support regional HR teams, and oversee C&B aspects of mergers and acquisitions to align with business goals.
- Global Mobility: Oversee and enhance global mobility policies in collaboration with OMRON Corporation, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage international assignments, including short-, mid-, and long-term transfers, to support business and talent needs.
- Human Resources Information System: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global HRIS and HR metrics to support business and HR strategic objectives.
- Vendor Management: Oversee global C&B vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, managing service agreements, and optimizing cost-effective benefit plans with insurers, providers, and consultants.
- Project Management: lead regional, cross-regional, and or global HR projects, including management and coaching of local and regional HR project team members.
- C&B Budget: Prepare the annual global C&B budget and monitor & report on spending.
- C&B Capacity Building: Strengthen C&B strategies through expert guidance, governance, and knowledge sharing across global and regional HR teams.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field with a minimum relevant experience of 10 years.
- Compensation & Benefits: Deep knowledge of C&B, total rewards, global mobility, job evaluation, HRIS, payroll, tax, labor law, and social security.
- Strategic & Operational Skills: Balancing strategy, tactical planning, and hands-on execution.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience in leading global/regional C&B projects, partnering with senior leaders, and driving M&A and PMI integrations.
- Experience working in diverse, multinational environments with strong cultural sensitivity.
- Strong advisory, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to train and coach teams.
- High ethics. Drive for innovation and collaboration. Values agility and speed. Make things happen, get it done.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
