Senior Manager (Audit & Accounts)

Overview

Opportunity for a Senior Manager (Audit & Accounts) to join an expanding team. My Client is seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly motivated Senior Manager to oversee a vast portfolio of Clients and manage a team of qualified and part-qualified auditors and accountants. Working closely with the Partners, the role will be quite varied.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and manage performance and development.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
