We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Academic with a genuine interest in assessment design and quality, a specialist area that sits at the heart of this role. You'll play a key part in ensuring our assessments are robust, scalable and aligned with sector expectations, while working collaboratively with centres, subject experts and internal teams.

What you'll do- Lead training and support for Delivery Centres on assessment, standards and qualification delivery
- Manage assessment writers, moderators and subject matter experts, from recruitment to workload planning and development
- Strengthen and scale assessment design processes to support rapid organisational growth
- Build strong partnerships with centres to ensure clarity, compliance and a high-quality student experience
- Oversee quality activities including action plans, reviews, audits and committees
- Contribute to qualification development aligned with strategic priorities
- Coordinate projects across diverse stakeholder groups globally
- Support continuous improvement and academic consistency across centres
- Strong expertise in assessment design, academic quality or qualifications (HE or international education desirable)
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience leading or mentoring academic specialists or external experts
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, scaling environment
