This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make an immediate impact, lead client engagements, and support a growing team during a period of high demand.As a Senior Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of client projects and manage delivery from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and technical support.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, including compliance and advisory work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support process improvement and contribute to team development initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

The successful Senior Manager will have:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in a professional services environment at a senior/managerial level.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge relevant to the firm's service offerings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
