Processing data is our core business. We use data to develop, train and implement models as well as creating a more in-depth understanding of the business processes at our clients. We believe that data should never be processed in isolation or without the proper context. Thereforewe only supply contextual analytics that take into account what the data represents and not justthe number of text that has beenstored in a file or database.

Role

As a manager, you are part of our delivery team for client projects as well as development and delivery of our own products.

• Perform the day to day management of our client projects
• Providing on-the-job guidance to our analysts and engineers
• Identify trends, develop new propositions and expand our customer base
• Define or update our go-to-market product strategies

In addition, we expect our managers to have a good understanding of analytics and/or software engineering to ensure to proper advice to our clients and own teams. Given the current rate of change in the market, you will need to be on top of new market trends and suggest strategic changes where necessary.

Your profile

We are looking for ambitious and experienced people that have a clear understanding of analytics, how to best apply it and provide guidance to our clients on how to adopt new technology.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in (Quantitative) Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or Economics
• 5+ years of working experience Required skillset:
• Proven track record in management of (project) teams
• Ability to design and implement target operating models
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis or data engineering
