Senior Manager SAP S/4HANA role at EY. You will lead technology-enabled business transformations, work directly with clients as the SAP expert, and contribute to the growth of EY's SAP Practice through innovative solutions.
What you will do- Lead workshops for clients based on industry best practices and S/4HANA capabilities, translating business requirements into an S/4HANA blueprint design.
- Design and implement process improvements throughout the project lifecycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support).
- Advise the client on improvement actions within the client's domain through interviews and workshops.
- Ensure alignment between IT and business on S/4HANA transformation and deliver S/4HANA trainings to project staff (train-the-trainer).
- Lead a sub-project team to realize the solution in the S/4HANA transformation.
- Project Management activities during the transformation.
- Support leadership in generating new service offerings and opportunities within the SAP domain.
- Bachelor or Master degree (e.g., Business Economics, Information Management, Business Administration).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the SAP domain.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to engage at management level and present an overall vision.
- Subject matter expert in one or more SAP areas: R2R (FI/CO), SAP P2P (MM/IM), SAP O2C (SD) and/or Programme Management.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA transformations - at least three transformation projects completed.
- Experience or affinity with the public sector, semi-public sector, and SME+ market is a plus.
- Ability to create and support new opportunities and lead sales pursuits.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills; autonomous, proactive, and flexible work style.
- Willingness to travel regularly, primarily nationally.
