The role supports go-to-market strategy, pricing, and profitability decisions, while bringing deep expertise in contract manufacturing economics, yield, and costing. The role provides strong financial insight and challenge to ensure decisions are aligned with long-term strategy and company goals. Business: Piramal Critical Care Department: Finance Location: Europe Travel: Medium Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to finance partner for Sales across European markets, supporting new product launches, pricing decisions, and market expansion initiatives Deliver see-through P&L, pricing, and margin analysis by product, market, customer, and channel Use market, sales, and operational data to provide insights and identify cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities aligned with long-term business objectives Evaluate and support changes in business models (e.g., distributor vs direct, 3PL models, new channels Lead CAPEX and investment business cases, including ROI, payback, and post-investment reviews Lead finance support for external supply and contract manufacturing (CMO) operations, including product costing, yield analysis, and variance analysis Support new CMO onboarding, including cost structure assessment, financial due diligence, and sourcing evaluations Provide finance support for 3PL and logistics operations, including cost structure analysis, contract economics, and efficiency improvements Develop, implement, and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and potential risks and opportunities. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. Participate in audits, controls, and compliance activities as required Key Competencies Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to link operational and commercial decisions to long-term business strategy Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
