What's happening?

Weber Shandwick Scotland are looking for a talented Digital Senior Manager to join the team on a 12 month FTC. This is a client facing role where you will be exposed to a varied client portfolio and will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile communications campaigns across multiple markets.

What will you be doing?

• Lead/manage integrated work streams across multiple accounts with minimal supervision, translate strategies into tactical plans and ensure quality deliverables align with client strategies
• Manage both up and down, lead account teams, and partner with leadership to strengthen client partnerships
• Develop long-term client plans/program recommendations and proactively suggests improvements
• Oversee and craft social content to the highest standard
• Actively support new business pitch content creation, participate in pitches, and hone presentation skills
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with relevant social platforms and digital suppliers necessary to deliver best-in-class services and consultancy to Weber Shandwick's clients
• Demonstrate high capabilities in a broad spectrum of digital marketing
• Manage and report on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Work autonomously on client work and is able to self-check work
• Lead and/or heavily contribute on client calls

Who are you?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent digital and social skills
• Ability to translate client needs into project plans
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong level of commercial awareness
• Should be proficient in leading/managing at least four specialist areas - social listening, paid social, paid search, display advertising, SEO, organic content creation, influencer management and social/digital strategy development

A snapshot of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to support our Influencer Strategy Lead and team across our ex isting accounts; and support the development of Weber Shandwick's wider influencer proposition across the UK.

• Support with the design and execut ion of earned-first influencer marketing strategies that align with client objective, cultural trends and audience behaviours .
• Identify and analyse the right mix of influencers for our clients.
