We'relooking for a Senior Manager to take ownership of ourCulture & Inclusionstrategy,helping toshape how it feels to work here. Someone who can take our culture from something people experience to something we design,nurtureand continuously improve.

Reporting to the Head ofInternal Communications &People Experience,you'lllead our culture and inclusion agenda, partnering closely with Internal Communications, Engagement, PeoplePartnersand senior leaders across the business.

You'llbe part strategist, part consultant, part programme lead and part culture detective.

You'llbe responsible for;

Shaping the culturewe'refamous for- helping define "how we work around here"

  • Leadingthe development and delivery of Cooper Parry's culture strategy, ensuring our values, behaviours and people experience evolve alongside our ambitious growth plans.
  • Usingcolleague insight, engagementdataand cultural diagnostics to understandwhat'sreally happening across the business - and turn findings into meaningful action.
  • Designinginitiatives, frameworks and interventions that strengthen belonging, accountability, leadershipcapabilityand behavioural consistency.
  • Partneringwith senior leaders to embed culture into everyday decision-making rather than treating it as a standalone programme.
  • Playinga key role in ensuring our culture scales successfully through acquisitions, newmarketsand international growth.

Championing belonging and inclusion- making sure every voice has a place

  • Leadingdelivery of our DE&I strategy with a particular focus on driving meaningful, measurable outcomes rather than tick-box activity.
  • Supportingand developingour colleague communities and inclusion networks, helping them maximise impact across the business.
  • Usingdata,insightand lived experience toidentifyopportunities to improve representation, inclusion and belonging.
  • Partneringwith stakeholders across the People team to embed inclusion throughout the colleague lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development and progression.
  • Keepingus connected to emerging thinking, industry best practice and innovative approaches that help us stay ahead of the curve.

Turning insight into action- because listening only matters if you do something with it

  • Workingclosely with our Engagement Manager and Internal Communications team to understand colleague sentiment and organisational trends.
  • Owningand translatingculture,engagementand inclusion insights into practical recommendations for leaders and executive teams.
  • Creatingcompelling narratives around what colleagues are experiencing and where interventions can create the biggest impact.
  • Buildingmeaningful measures of success anddemonstratethe value of culture and inclusion initiatives through data and outcomes.

Influencing leaders and building capability- the trusted advisor bit

  • Actingas a senior advisor to leadership teams on culture,inclusionand colleague experience.
  • Designingandfacilitatingworkshops, leadership sessions and capability programmes that strengthen inclusive leadership and cultural consistency.
  • Challengingconstructively whenrequired, providing confidence,expertiseand perspective in equal measure.
  • Helpingleaders understand that cultureisn'ta People Team initiative -it'sa business responsibility.

  • A track recordof turning organisational insight into successful cultural or behavioural change programmes.
  • Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders.
  • Confidence using people data, engagementinsightsand qualitative feedback toidentifypriorities and measure success.
  • Experience designing and implementing initiatives that drive belonging, inclusion,engagementand performance.
  • Outstanding facilitation,communicationand relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how culture drives business outcomes.
