Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Consulting

Dublin Hybrid Working Excellent Salary & Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a leading professional services firm in Dublin as a Senior Manager within the Corporate Tax Consulting team.

Working with a diverse portfolio of Irish PLCs and large multinational businesses, you will advise clients on a broad range of complex tax matters including international expansion, corporate restructures, acquisitions and disposals, financing structures, and evolving global tax legislation such as Pillar Two.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic tax solutions that support commercial decision-making and business growth while playing a key leadership role within the wider tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex corporate tax advisory and consulting projects
• Manage and develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Advise on Irish and international corporate tax matters
• Support clients with tax technology and compliance transformation initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance on Pillar Two and emerging tax legislation
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior and senior team members
• Oversee multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
• Promote collaboration and contribute to the continued success of the wider tax practice

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6+ years' experience in corporate tax consulting or compliance
• AITI / CTA qualified or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish and international corporate tax
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially focused with strong leadership capability
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress within a leadership role
