Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Interim Consultant with deep experience in KYC/AML, stakeholder management, and reporting, to provide critical support to our Amsterdam team. The individual will work closely with the local VP-Level management team and support ongoing KYC deployment activities, escalations, and reporting enhancements. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. You will act as a key liaison between the operational team and senior relationship managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the three VP-level Managers with day-to-day operational oversight
• Manage reporting and escalation workflows to internal stakeholders and Relationship Managers
• Refine and structure existing reporting - moving from raw numbers to insightful, actionable outputs
• Serve as point of contact for escalation management, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Provide KYC deployment support, leveraging past expertise in similar initiatives
• Collaborate closely with on-site team members and senior stakeholders in Amsterdam

Key Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong focus on KYC and AML
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across jurisdictions
• Strong reporting skills - able to turn data into meaningful dashboards or summaries for senior audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide structure in fast-moving environments
• Previous exposure to KYC deployments is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
