Job Description
Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Major Projects Programme Delivery Lead (Interim) to oversee a high-profile regeneration and infrastructure programme in the West Midlands. This 9-month contract starts September 2026, with hybrid working (3 days on site) and a daily rate of up to £900, inside IR35 via umbrella.
