Senior Major Incident Commander & Resilience Leader

Coventry Building Society is seeking a Lead Major Incident Manager to command high impact incidents, drive rapid resolution, and minimise disruption to customers. You will lead end to end incident management, maintain executive communications, and coach others under pressure.

The role requires strong ITIL discipline, experience in complex multi supplier environments, and the ability to operate in a hybrid model with on site presence 2-3 days per week. Banking background preferred.
