Key responsibilities

• Undertake property surveys.
• Prepare specifications.
• Oversee procurement of works.
• Ensure works conform to current regulations and specifications.
• Provide technical assistance across the department.
• Handle customer service queries from tenants and colleagues.

Key qualifications and skills

• Experience as a maintenance surveyor.
• Strong technical knowledge of building regulations.
• Ability to manage procurement and works.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
