Job Description

Dornan Engineering Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Atherstone to oversee day-to-day maintenance for a newly built 8.74MWe Power RDF Power Plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll ensure safe, efficient, reliable operation and manage maintenance staff and contract resources.

You will lead PPM planning, outages, CMMS optimization (Spidex), and budget proposals, while championing health, safety and environmental standards across the site.
