Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland
Contract: Permanent, full-time

MCS Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading food/drink manufacturer for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. This role supports both planned and reactive maintenance across production, ensuring machinery runs efficiently and safely, while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out breakdown repairs and routine maintenance
• Lead machine changeovers and fault-finding
• Support process improvements and weekend engineering tasks
• Train and mentor maintenance team members
• Maintain records and uphold safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
• Strong fault-finding and supervisory skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
