This role requires experience and understanding of Microsoft Cloud products, including a broad range of M365 Solutions. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

- Presales engagements - 10-20% of your time
- Designing High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs / LLDs)
- Project Implementation
- Serving as a Microsoft 365 specialist
- Working closely with the post-sales team to ensure smooth pre- to post-transition
- Being commercially and technically strong
- Engaging with C-level individuals and translating technical conversations to non-technical personnel
- Demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and goal orientation
- Experience in a consultancy or customer-facing sales role
- Applying an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
