Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Acting as the first point of escalation and resolving client issues efficiently and professionally
• Identifying root cause of issue and implementing preventative measures
• Monitoring service delivery across multiple accounts
• Providing weekly operational KPIs to clients
• Analysing service data and client feedback
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members and clients
• Developing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvementsCollaborative team player with a client-centric approach
