Senior Litigation Lawyer

Salary £51,356 - £55,612 per annum Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week Preston

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our busy in-house Legal Services litigation team. This is a key role with management responsibility, combining high level litigation work with the supervision and development of a team of lawyers.

You will handle a caseload across a broad range of litigation matters, including personal injury, public liability, highways, and property disputes, while providing day to day supervision, guidance and quality assurance to colleagues. You will play an important role in shaping service delivery, ensuring high professional standards and supporting the effective management of risk.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, or CILEX Lawyer with litigation practice rights, strong technical knowledge and proven experience of managing people and complex cases. In return, we offer hybrid working, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a real impact.
