Senior Lettings Manager

My client is a Multi office and brand, market leader with offices all over Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Professional to work at their Crawley branch as a Senior Lettings Manager.

Senior Lettings Manager role:

• Deliver exceptional lettings expertise to provide the best service to customers
• Manage your business's profitability and drive business development
• Generate new leads and boost business performance
• Motivate inspire, and manage your team through coaching and morning meetings
• Successfully list properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental prices
• Keep up with market trends to become an expert in your field
• Work closely with your team to ensure properties match tenants perfectly

The Package

• Basic Salary: £30,000 with Car OR car allowance up to £4000
• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000 - £60,000
• Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
