Job Description
CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a legal recoveries specialist for our UK head office near Slough. You will maximise recoveries and minimise losses on your own portfolio of bad debt cases, while protecting the business' legal and commercial interests.
Key duties include negotiating settlements, pursuing court proceedings, liaising with solicitors and insolvency practitioners, and supporting customers in difficulty. Experience in collections, contracts, and consumer credit is highly valued.
