A well-renowned iGaming business is looking for a talented legal professional to join their award-winning Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Law.

Your Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements

Implement and manage contract administration processes

Stay updated on regulatory and compliance changes in the gaming sector

Address legal matters in various areas

Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.

Develop and maintain legal policies, best legal practices

Assist in tracking the performance of junior legal team members, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and more

Skills:

6+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry.

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Law.

Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters.

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus.
