We're recruiting on behalf of a respected international charity seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to become its most senior legal professional.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll provide strategic legal advice across governance, compliance, risk management and international operations, while acting as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Significant legal advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and legal risk
• Experience advising Boards and senior leaders
• Ability to translate complex legal matters into practical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Desirable Experience

• Charity, NGO, humanitarian or international development sectors
• International legal and regulatory exposure
• Governance framework development
• Managing external legal counsel
