This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *designing engaging content, working with stakeholders and vendors, and occasionally facilitating learning sessions-both online and in person*.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to create, curate, and deliver impactful learning solutions for Digital & Technology teams. You'll design engaging content, work with stakeholders and vendors, and occasionally facilitate learning sessions - both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning content that meets business needs and enhances the learner experience.

• Use the latest tools and methods to build measurable, scalable learning solutions.

• Collaborate with business partners, HR, and programme teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Lead or contribute to L&D projects, ensuring effective delivery and impact.

• Manage vendor relationships from sourcing to delivery.

• Stay up to date with new learning technologies and approaches.

What You'll Need

• 5-8 years experience in L&D, instructional design, or learning technology.

• Strong knowledge of learning models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and blended learning.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
