Job Description
Role - Senior Landscape Architect Location - Greater Manchester Salary £40 - £45K DOE Are you passionate about Landscape Architecture? We are working with a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for Senior Landscape Architects across the UK to join their collaborative teams and work on projects across a variety of sectors, including strategic land, regeneration, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, renewable energy infrastructure, highways, water and wastewater schemes. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated individuals who can demonstrate work experience in preparing landscape and visual impact assessments and appraisals. The role will involve providing landscape planning and landscape design input to projects whilst also growing strong client and project team relationships, actively supporting the development of colleagues. You will also provide input to fee proposals, discipline task management and undertake field and visual survey work across the UK. SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
- A Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architecture
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Demonstrable experience in the preparation of LVIAs and appraisals for UK planning applications
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong knowledge of environmental planning issues, current UK planning, legislation, and environmental impact assessment regulations
- Excellent client liaison skills
- The ability to support colleagues and junior members of the team
- Eligible to work in the UK
- A driving licence is essential
