Senior Kinaxis Project Manager - EU - Remote - 12+ months

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Kinaxis Project Manager to support a major European supply chain transformation programme. As part of the transition from Blue Yonder to Kinaxis, you will lead the rollout of Kinaxis into additional markets, driving delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.

About You

You are a senior, self-sufficient project manager who understands both the technology and business aspects of supply chain planning transformations. You can confidently work with SMEs, business leaders, system integrators, and technical teams to deliver successful market rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis deployment projects across Europe.
• Lead project planning, governance, status reporting, and steering committees.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, including architecture, security, integration, data, support, and external implementation partners.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and project milestones.
• Ensure alignment between supply chain business teams and Digital Technologies stakeholders.
• Support budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering Kinaxis implementation or deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Forecasting
  • Supply Planning
  • Planning governance and operating models
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and IT leaders.
• Experience managing project budgets and driving outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Candidate must be based in the EU

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Freelancer
• Contract length: initial contract of 3 months followed by longer extension (project will last more than 12 months)
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Remote within the EU
• Occasional travel only during the critical phases of the project
