Key Responsibilities for the Role Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute customer plans aligned with company objectives, providing market intelligence and accurate forecasts. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations, acting as the primary contact for strategic discussions and negotiations. Reporting & Insights: Analyse account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to internal and external partners. Joint Business Planning : Lead the development and implementation of joint business plans, setting mutual targets and managing annual negotiations for terms and pricing. Value Creation & Problem Solving: Identify customer-specific solutions, resolve operational and supply chain issues, and support innovation and product launches. Distributor Management : Ensure product availability and compliance, collaborate with distributor account managers and field sales teams, and manage the flow of information and accountability across the value chain.Huggies.
