o Understands business needs
o Act as liaison between business and IT organization
o Represent the business in any indirect procurement platform, product and services investments and roadmaps discussions within Technology
o Support RFPs, RFQs for indirect procurement related Technology suppliers
o Manage yearly budget for Indirect procurement -related solutions within the IT Procurement space
o Manage relationships with suppliers and support Procurement in commercial negotiations (RFXs).
o Manage and monitor SW licenses required
o Monitor delivery of solutions/service/support and ensure OLAs/SLAs are delivered according to business expectations.
o Assess changes or projects that might have impact on the technology or platform(s) in scope, implement service monitoring & metrics for service planning.
