Senior IT Procurement Buyer

IT Procurement Specialist 1 day a week in Cork office Salary circa 70k per annum (plus 10% bonus, 23 days holidays etc)

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement strategy across software, hardware, and services.

• Partner with IT budget holders to ensure compliance with procurement processes and best practice.

• Manage end-to-end tendering and negotiation for high-value IT contracts.

• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring pricing, SLAs, and KPIs are met.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

About You

• 5+ years' IT procurement experience with a strong track record in high-value contract negotiations.

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level.

• Skilled in procurement systems and compliance (Oracle iProc an advantage).

• Excellent analytical and Excel skills with great attention to detail.

• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to develop into a leadership role.
