Senior ISTAR Programme Lead (MOD)

QinetiQ Limited seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead a critical ISTAR programme with the Ministry of Defence over a multi year contract. You will mentor other senior programme managers and drive delivery across scope, time and budget while upholding safety and security standards.

Responsibilities include integrated planning, risk and issue management, reviews, stakeholder engagement and commercial change control. Strong governance and DV clearance readiness are expected.
