Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HRIS implementation from initiation.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of key project deliverables.
• Act as a specialist advisor for HR system Usability.
• Own system readiness for go-live.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience of successful IRIS implementations
• Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in data migration
