Senior IPC Leader: Infection Prevention & Control Strategy

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Worthing seeks a Deputy Director Infection Prevention and Control. This senior role leads the IPC service, develops strategy, and provides expert guidance to clinical colleagues to reduce infection risk across the Trust.

The postholder will oversee policy development, governance, education, and multi-agency collaboration to achieve national targets and improve patient safety. Fixed-term/secondment, 37.5 hours per week.
