• Manage component delivery plans with a focus on quality, cost, and time.
• Lead the technical content and integrity of components across various programmes.
• Understand the full product development life cycle and effectively resolve project issues.

• Experience in the new product development life cycle.
• Proficiency in CAD, CAE, and other digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
