Senior Interior Designers (Freelance)

Join a dynamic and expanding design studio specialising in hospitality and hotel projects. The studio is known for delivering high-quality design solutions complemented by a collaborative and innovative approach. Their portfolio includes exciting projects across the UK and Ireland, working closely with leading architectural practices.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant projects
• Excellent CAD skills to facilitate detailed technical drawings and concepts
• Confident managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently and independently solve design challenges
• Previous experience within a senior role in similar design studios is essential
• Contribute across concept, FF&E, technical detailing and coordination
• Bring confidence, autonomy and senior-level judgement to a busy studio environment

Engagement Model

• Freelance contract preferred (5 days/week or flexible as required)
• Remote working flexibility available
• Competitive day rate - the studio is willing to pay appropriately for strong senior experience
• Not necessarily a full-time permanent hire - flexibility is key
