Senior Interior Designer

HESCO, an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and United Kingdom.

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Lead the design process, conceptualising high-end residential and hospitality projects in line with our company's design ethos.
• 2D Rendering: Utilise Photoshop and other software (CAD and InDesign) to produce detailed 2D renderings and Mood Boards.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor junior designers, enhancing their skills and contributing to their professional development.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, architects, and project managers to deliver innovative design solutions. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Quality Control: Uphold rigorous design standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
• A portfolio that reflects expertise in luxury residential and hospitality design.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Over 20 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior design.

Proficiency in 2D/3D rendering tools, including Photoshop and use of AI.

Additional Information:

Salary is dependent upon experience. The office operates a hybrid working policy at its discretion.
