Overview

Are you an experienced Qualitative Senior Research Executive looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with children and young people? If so, this could be the role for you!

THE COMPANY

We are partnering with an insight consultancy, specialise within Kids & Youth markets. They work with a number of consumer clients across a range of sectors including FMCG, retail, technology, media to name a few.

They are growing and they are looking to bring on board a Senior Insight Executive to focus on Qualitative projects. This role will be working across both UK and USA markets, therefore, there will be a requirement for some travel to the US and adjusted hours in the UK.

KEY DUTIES
  • Responsible for completing and managing multiple qualitative research projects at one time, working alongside the senior team.
  • Contributing to proposals, project design, writing fieldwork materials, moderating groups and depths, carrying out ethnographies, analysis, reporting and presenting to clients.
  • Liaising with clients and recruitment partners in the UK and globally.
  • Travelling to the US when required for fieldwork and client meetings.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong qualitative research background, with a proven track working within a research agency or consultancy. Clientside experience will be considered as well if you've been hands-on with the qualitative projects.
  • You will be comfortable with all aspects of the project lifecycle from start to finish.
  • You will be an experienced moderator and will be comfortable running focus groups, carrying out in-depth interviews, paired depths, mini groups etc.
  • An excellent eye for detail and the ability to run projects to time and budget.
  • Experience working with children and youth audiences.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for storytelling in reports
  • Interest and curiosity for youth culture and trends that are associated with the brand world
