You are calm in unfamiliar territory and are eager to explore new domains. You are empathetic and can train and support others to work in uncertain conditions. You are well organised and can work on several projects at the same time including supervising or consulting on the outputs of others. Creativity, experimenting, and inspiring others is second nature. You are driven to improve the client experience and are an innovator at heart.
