Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

We are recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Redhill team.

In this role, you will support the Infrastructure Manager to develop solutions and implement changes to maximize IT uptime and user satisfaction for Windows systems, Network, and Azure services, in a heterogeneous environment with Linux, third-party applications, containers, and SaaS.

The key responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing, and supporting Windows servers.
• Managing EUC images (Windows 10/11).
• Managing Network components (SD-WAN, Azure, Firewalls, VPNs).
• Handling Windows software deployment (SCCM/Intune).
• Architecting, capacity planning, and integrating systems for projects.
• Building solutions using Azure and DevOps for secure, scalable services.
• Performing failover testing, patching, and security planning.
• Documenting systems and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Providing technical support within an ITIL framework, managing tickets via Jira.
• Seeking continuous improvements in processes and uptime.

The key skills required:

• Building/support solutions with VMs and native services.
• At least 5 years' experience with Windows Server, AD, SCCM/Intune, and group policy.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Reviewing and challenging processes for innovation.
• Experience with O365, Hybrid Exchange, EntraID, Azure B2C.
• Cost management in public cloud environments.
• Cybersecurity best practices and tools.
• Network routing, firewalls, SDN, troubleshooting.
• File and Print services, EUC Web filtering, Email hygiene, SSL certificates.
