Senior Infrastructure & Real Estate Advisory

• Advise leading organisations across government, transport, and complex facilities on project and asset lifecycle challenges and transformational transactions


• Identify, grow, and develop key client relationships across focus sectors


• Draft, support, and drive high-impact deliverables for clients


• Lead proposal development and bid submissions to target clients


• Conduct critical reviews of business cases and plans for major infrastructure undertakings


• Collaborate across teams to deliver complete, integrated solutions for clients


• Mentor and develop junior team members


• Develop and implement work plans, ensuring adherence to quality control and internal risk management procedures

Requirements

• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CFA, Construction, PM, QS, or equivalent)


• 3+ years' experience in a professional service role


• 1+ years' hands-on infrastructure advisory experience in target sectors (public transport, roads, rail and light rail, ports, other government public infrastructure, or complex facilities such as data centres) is desirable but not essential


• Financial, commercial, assurance, project finance or capital project management experience


• Strong Excel proficiency and commercial acumen


• PPP experience desirable (pre-procurement, procurement or delivery stage)


• NEC contracting experience desirable (procurement or delivery stage)


• Contract/ construction management experience a bonus


• Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
