Role Title: Senior In House Solicitor

Location: Abbey Street, Dublin 1

Contract: Full time, Temporary (6 months)

Vhi Group Services DAC is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior In-House Solicitor to join our dynamic Legal team on a six-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of one of Ireland's leading healthcare organisations, providing strategic legal advice across a broad range of complex commercial, regulatory, property, procurement, employment law and litigation matters.

What will you do

• Provision of legal advices on commercial strategy, including drafting/ reviewing commercial agreements.
• Provision of property transaction / conveyancing advice.
• Provision of procurement advice in relation to third-party services to commission and operate new healthcare facilities.
• Participating in projects and advising on the legal issues arising out of same.
• Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to NDAs, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase and Supply Agreements etc.
• Provision of regulatory advices.
• Advising on litigation matters and providing employment law advices.

What you will need to be successful Knowledge and experience

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
• Significant experience in both private practice and a commercial in house setting.
• Experienced drafting abilities, relating to drafting all commercial agreements and legal documents.
• The ability to provide succinct and considered legal advices in a range of practice areas.
• Ability to balance commercial and legal considerations, as well as juggling an extensive workload.
• Demonstrate alignment to Vhi values.
