Senior In-House Employment Law Solicitor

ESB is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to join our in-house PPEEL team in Dublin. You will provide practical, commercially focused advice on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including equality and industrial relations, with a focus on delivering timely, robust outcomes.

The role requires strong drafting, advocacy, and stakeholder management skills, with experience before WRC, Labour Court and civil courts. Hybrid working from ESB Head Office is supported.
